  • We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the warm reception and support extended to Women's Whispers during last night's business event in Shipley, organized by Arnie Craven, #MayoralCandidate for West Yorkshire Combined Authority In attendance was our esteemed CEO and founder, Sunjeeda Hanif, accompanied by her two sons, as we seized the opportunity to elevate the visibility of Women's Whispers. It was truly an honor to have the platform to articulate our mission, centered on empowering BAME women who are: lone mothers, widows, refugees, sexually trafficked, slaves or victims/ survivors of domestic violence. These marginalized communities often face formidable challenges in their pursuit of a fresh start, exacerbated by societal pressures such as family honor and shame. At Women's Whispers, we recognize the critical importance of acting as a collective voice for these individuals, advocating tirelessly to connect them with the vital support they urgently require. In light of this, we would like to extend a heartfelt call to action to local businesses and communities, inviting them to engage with us in any capacity feasible, be it through charitable contributions of monetary funds, clothing, food provisions, or essential supplies. Your involvement can make an indelible difference in the lives of those we serve. Together, we can offer hope, dignity, and tangible assistance to those in need. We would also like to extend our deepest appreciation to Tracy Stones for graciously extending the invitation to us, facilitating invaluable connections and offers of assistance. We are profoundly grateful for your support. Thank you for considering our appeal. We eagerly anticipate a visit from Arnold Craven to our donation centre and the opportunity to collaborate for the betterment of our community.
