Several of the team from XAIS-PTS have recently completed a 2-day ‘Mental Health First Aider’ course organised by The Lighthouse Charity - The Construction Charity. The course teaches practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of poor mental health, build the confidence to step in and support a person in distress and signpost them to the appropriate help they may need.   This training demonstrates the commitment of XAIS-PTS to support our employees wellbeing to create a more positive workplace. 🚨 As part of its commitment to keeping its assets in the best possible condition, Rochester Bridge Trust has announced the appointment of XAIS-PTS as their new pavement assessor. XAIS-PTS will carry out a range of surveys and inspections to collect data to produce a detailed network map and inventory of assets for the Trust over the next six years. Helen Rowe, Rochester Bridge Trust Project Manager, said: “When reviewing the tenders for this contract we were particularly impressed by XAIS-PTS and the time they took to understand our requirements.
