    Several of the team from XAIS-PTS have recently completed a 2-day ‘Mental Health First Aider’ course organised by The Lighthouse Charity - The Construction Charity. The course teaches practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of poor mental health, build the confidence to step in and support a person in distress and signpost them to the appropriate help they may need.   This training demonstrates the commitment of XAIS-PTS to support our employees wellbeing to create a more positive workplace.     🚨 As part of its commitment to keeping its assets in the best possible condition, Rochester Bridge Trust has announced the appointment of XAIS-PTS as their new pavement assessor. XAIS-PTS will carry out a range of surveys and inspections to collect data to produce a detailed network map and inventory of assets for the Trust over the next six years. Helen Rowe, Rochester Bridge Trust Project Manager, said: “When reviewing the tenders for this contract we were particularly impressed by XAIS-PTS and the time they took to understand our requirements.     XAIS-PTS are pleased to announce that XA© UKPMS 2.7 has satisfied the requirements for the 2024 Annual Health Check for UKPMS and that this has now been ratified by the Road Condition Management Group on behalf of the UK Roads Board.  Important to note that XAIS-PTS have also chosen to get the optional Wales and Scotland PI reporting accreditation.     Today, on Remembrance Day, we pause to honour and remember the bravery, sacrifices, and unwavering dedication of our armed forces. Their courage has shaped our present and protects our future. In addition to paying tribute, we at Phenna Group uphold our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, which we signed earlier this year.
