He has over 12 years’ experience within both regulated and un-regulated procurement environments in Highways, Construction and Service Provision categories, working across a breadth of public sector clients including Central Government, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Higher Education, and Health and Social Care. He is responsible for development and implementation of the category strategy for Specialist Surface Treatments for National Highways to ensure corporate objectives are met. Anthony is passionate about the decarbonisation of the strategic road network, and also has responsibility for National Highways 2040 Net Zero Carbon Asphalt Roadmap.
