LIGHTS … CAMERA … ACTION !!! Today at Xcelerate we had a full day of activities, starting with Springboard’s Future Chef local heat where young budding chefs from local schools competed for a place in the regional heat. Tough competition and good to see such talented youth coming through in the indistry. Also supporting the event was Release Potential who had a talented cohort filming the event. This talented group of individuals has fully produced and edited a 30 minute show over 2 days having no experience whatsoever. The growth and the confidence of these individuals is unbelievable. It was a pleasure to host the newest graduates for Compass Group UK & Ireland for their Induction into the company. A fun packed filled two days including a culinary masterclass with our very own Mathew Ludlow and a bar excellence taster with our Master Mixologist Murdo MacLeod . We were also privileged to have a visit from Mahirs Experience who supplied the graduates with a fabulous lunch and an insight into authentic South Aisian cuisine. Best of luck to all the graduates on their placements and thank you to everyone involved over the two days. We hope to host the next cohort of graduates next year.
