Updates

  • XDA has a new office! While we continue to embrace hybrid working to support our team’s flexibility and well-being, it’s fantastic to now have a core space where we can come together to connect and collaborate. This move marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we can’t wait to see how this new space helps us grow and thrive together. If you’re in the area, we’d love for you to stop by and say hello! Unit 2 Turner Dumbrell Workshop, Dumbrells Court Road, Ditchling BN6 8GT Special thanks to Sussex Sign Centre for the quality service - the sign looks great.

  • It was fantastic to join other talented Women in Construction to raise awareness of the types of exciting roles available in the construction industry. It was a delight to inspire the young girls at Davison High School last week.

    Head of Planning at Hargreaves

Women in Construction Sussex met some very enthusiastic Year 9 students at Davison High School last Thursday. So lovely to see lots of girls showing an interest in careers in the built environment in their options choices. A special thanks to Rachel Parnell for the invite and Dianne Bowles and Lauren Lemcke for joining ECE at this event. Your enthusiasm and experience was invaluable! Gender equality is essential to the built environment because the lack of diversity affects not only the way we plan, design and build but who we plan, design and build for.
