Here's a look back at some of our highlights: 🌟 Key achievements of 2024: Fortis House with Ashford Borough Council - 23 high-quality, operationally net-zero apartments, providing safe and sustainable homes for vulnerable households. A true "Beacon of Hope" and a milestone in sustainable housing development. Together with Mid Devon District Council, we delivered St Andrews House - A social housing development of 6 zero-operational carbon homes. Shapland Place - 8 zero-operational carbon homes in flood zone 3A, showing our commitment to innovation and resilience in housing. Making a positive impact: 🏡 37 vulnerable households now live in secure, warm, and sustainable homes. These homes save 47 tonnes of carbon annually - equivalent to planting 289 oak trees or removing 30 cars from UK roads each year! 🌳 Recognition & Awards: 11 awards won including the prestigious The King's Awards for Enterprise in #Sustainable Development. 🏆 🙏 A huge thank you: we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our partners, clients, and supporters for their trust and collaboration throughout this year.
