2️⃣ 0️⃣ 2️⃣ 4️⃣ I started the year with a bad case of burnout and ended the year on a high! 👏 Working in PPC, SEO, and Social means that I constantly have to not only jump from strategy plan to strategy plan but also from client to client whilst being on top of my game 24/7. December 2023, I burnt out. Bad. 😅 Something which is so common nowadays when everyone works as fast and as hard as possible without taking the proper time to disconnect and relax. Luckily, I had an amazing team who supported me through it. But as someone with neuro divergencies and with a neurodiverse team, I know it's something that is always looming over my shoulder and is our weak spot. With proper management and having regular check-ins on how much someone is taking on, it means that in 2024, we have all made a conscious effort as an agency to safeguard the team against burning out, especially as we enter 2025, which promises to be the busiest year yet! 🍀 #neurodiverseSEO #SEOagency #teammorale #burnout
