In many organisations purpose statements are something written on a poster that no one can remember. However we know from extensive research that a strong sense of purpose that everyone knows, believes and feels is one of 7 vital ingredients in creating high performing and thriving environments. My amazing colleague Lidia Ranieri is incredibly passionate and learned in this field and she has penned the following article that links leaders' purpose with their organisation's.
