Providing high quality Degree Apprenticeship education and training with industry partners to up-skill your workforce
About us
Degree Apprenticeships offer an innovative and cost-effective way of attracting, training and retaining high-calibre employees and graduates to your business. Through a degree apprenticeship you will be able to respond to the needs of your business by accessing programmes which address important skills gaps, create opportunities for the development of your employees, and benefit your business with direct access to the cutting edge knowledge and sector insight shared in the programme. Degree Apprenticeships are 95% subsidised by Government funding or paid for by the Apprenticeship Levy in larger organisations. All employers with a pay bill of over £3 million will automatically pay the Apprenticeship Levy of 0.5% to the Government and this Levy is Government ring fenced money which can only be spent on apprenticeships. Employers with a pay bill of less the £3 milllion will not pay the Levy but are still eligible for Government funding. The Apprentice works for the Employer, spending at least 20% of their contracted hours in study or training. On successful completion of the programme the apprentice is awarded with the degree and apprenticeship qualification, but with no tuition fees and having received a salary throughout their studies.
