INVESTOR NEWS: CTP, Europe's largest listed developer, owner and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA) has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Zoomlion to relocate its operations to CTPark Tatabánya, marking one of the most significant transactions of the year in Hungary’s industrial and logistics real estate market.
ACQUISITION NEWS: Heitman has acquired a majority stake in the third-largest self-storage operator in Sweden, Servistore. The business has 31 sites (25 operational and six due to open) across 14 cities. It encompasses more than 4,000 units, spanning a total of 330,000 square feet of storage space.
JOINT VENTURE NEWS: Delin Property, the fully integrated European logistics warehouse specialist, has formed a joint venture with Kuwait Financial Centre - Markaz to target value-added opportunities in the logistics sector.
