This is a pilot scheme running from March - June 2025 giving you the opportunity to be mentored by a professional in the Pharmaceutical Industry. We have mentors with a variety of different backgrounds from senior management, process engineering, mechanical engineering, computer systems validation and specialist consultants to name a few! All have lots of experience in the industry to help guide you in your career. Further sign up info is on the poster below. The programme is open to all students including apprentices and PhD students who are part of a Student Chapter, as well as recent grads <5 years post graduation who are ISPE members. Sat in a meeting the other day and the topic of apprenticeships and placements came up (again) and it is something that I am deeply committed to not just on a business level, but on a personal one too. Nurturing the next generation of engineers. Reflecting on my own journey, I recall the invaluable mentorship and hands-on experiences that shaped my career.
