🤝 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 🤝 Did you manage to tune in to our latest Lift Up Live Broadcast? In this special broadcast, ‘𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐀 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬’, for the first time ever we welcomed an all-male panel. They discussed the role men can play in the championing of women in life sciences. Hosted by our CCO and LinkedIn Top Voice, Andrew MacAskill, we were privileged to welcome our panel of industry experts including Richard Saynor (Chief Executive Officer at Sandoz), Daniel Griesser (VP HR Country Head Germany at GSK) and Dr. Andreas Raabe (Chief Executive Officer at Adragos Pharma). Here, Richard explains that the main reason we should be striving for more diverse teams is because, ultimately, it improves a company’s overall performance. He says that by building a better company culture through diversity, you are in turn building a better preforming team. By creating a team that is not just diverse from a gender point of view, but also factoring in race, disability, LGBTQ, etc, you are going to have a more diverse thinking organisation. This will attract more and better-quality talent, grow your company, create more opportunities, gain more capital, and overall enhance your organisation. 👇 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 👇 https://lnkd.in/dh8cxena #DiverseThinking #DrivingPerformance #BuildingATeam #LiftUp

🚨 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘! 🚨 Only 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 until our next Lift Up Live! 🔄 𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐔𝐩 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞? 🔄 In this broadcast we covered the topic of 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬. To investigate this topic, we were privileged to welcome our panel of industry experts including Karen Correa, PhD (Vice Chairman of the Board at CAMcare Health Corporation), Mg Wong (Vice President, RA/QA Advisor, Med Tech Start-ups | Silicon Valley VC/Angel Network ), and Ann E. Taylor, M.D. (Multi Board Member | Consultant | Clinician). Karen explains how we have in fact seen some improvement in the diversity of clinical trials over recent years. However, she insists there is still a long way to go. She reveals statistics that underpin how the percentage of certain groups in clinical trials does not reflect the percentage of said groups in the general population. This means that the results of these medical trials cannot be applied to the wider population. 👇 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 👇 https://lnkd.in/eSJx48we #Inclusivity #ClinicalTrials #LiftUp
