Stellantis celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2025 Our National Sales Organisation, retailer group Stellantis &You and manufacturing plants, together with our educational partners attended Stellantis’s very first Apprentice Awards event to celebrate #ApprenticeWednesday. All expertly produced by our Stellantis Performance Academy. Louise Gardner, Stellantis Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion hosted the awards ceremony which focused on marking National Apprenticeship Week’s 18th Birthday. The focus was on this year’s theme, #skillsforlife and we took the opportunity to celebrate all the amazing achievements and industry skills that our talented apprentices have gained across the business. The apprentices were nominated by their peers and team members across the organisation for awards in categories such as outstanding academic achievement, teamwork, creative idea generation, going the extra mile and employee choice which recognised extra-curricular activity, volunteering or local community involvement. Faatimah Tarajia, one of our NSC Degree Apprentices, expertly hosted an interactive panel discussion on the ‘power of apprenticeships’ with Richard Garbutt, CEO Stellantis &You, Ian Gardner, Sales Director Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles who started his career as an Apprentice and Farai Kwereka, one of our apprentice technical trainers at the Stellantis Performance Academy based in Coventry. Mixing the awards with a fabulous networking event involving a game of bingo, ‘merch’ and a celebration lunch, fun was had by all.
