Warm and friendly reception when checking in on May 2 in the afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. No, this is not a 5 star and it doesn’t claim to be, but the staff are friendly, the rooms have everything you need, and they are clean. Breakfast and dinner were very good with multiple food selections and dessert. The table service was friendly and efficient. Note you pay separately for all beverages but the prices are reasonable. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch. We had free admission to the Alpentherme and the hotel had everything together in a tote including slippers, towels and robes waiting in our room. It is a leisurely 8-10 minute walk to the spa. The view from our balcony was awesome. Free underground parking. 100% would recommend and would stay again.

January 20th, for 9 nights. Can’t praise the hotel staff enough. With Anna and Daniel on the front desk, responding to emails promptly , coordinating my booking between 2 rooms, and making sure all my needs were met. To the young ladies in the breakfast room. Always making sure the tables were cleaned quickly and the buffet well stocked . House keeping doing an excellent job of keeping my room tidy and well stocked . With the excellent Gastein card, you have complimentary use of the Alpentherme spa, a first class facility.

Located on the edge of Gries Park in Bad Hofgastein, Park Hotel Gastein alle Getränke ganztags inklusive is within a 5-minute walk of the town centre, the Gastein ski lifts, and thermal baths. The Park Hotel’s sauna is open daily from 16:00 and can be used free of charge. Very nice, spacious, clean apartment in a top location, very centrally located near the Alpentherme and the center. The handover of the keys was problem-free. Unfortunately there was no wifi as announced on the booking platform.

Nice sized, comfortable apartment, close to park. Well equipped, warm and easy walking to town center, supermarkets and Alpentherme Spa. Ski bus 552 is frequent and picks up outside block 18 in the complex. There is ski storage, recycling and laundry room
