For overseas travellers, Fraser’s is no-doubt the best place to go to. Tourist friendly, value-for-money, and impeccable service. Location is also nearby a number of amenities and a pretty nice mall , with an amazing livehouse nearby. The service staff, Amy as well as others here that have served me have been amazing and were accommodating to my wants of replacing the ironing board as well as giving me fruits upon arrival, upgrading my room without me requesting, and even letting me check out late as my flight isn’t till the evening. Simply splendid and I would book this place again if I’m ever back in Chengdu. Attached hotel lobby pictures for reference, rooms look better than in photos. Won’t go wrong here. Food deliveries are done efficiently with a robot, and you can even add their WeChat to ask for any help with almost immediate response. Cleanliness is tip-top and overall just probably the best hotel I’ve stayed during my many trips to China Any

Hotel counter staff and concierge were friendly and quick to assist us with our queries. Kudos to concierge staff member 小唐 and 小覃 in particular for helping us purchase 1949 grand theatre tickets when we had trouble doing so, and also for providing us attraction recommendations which made our tripe experience more enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel for travellers as the amenities are generally clean and spacious, and the location is ideal.

Just behind JFB and opposite is the food street. 1 min away from Metro station. You are looking for convenience, this is the right hotel. Hotel amenities are good. Twins bed with bathtub. Room size is okay too. Just the aircon, we are trying to make the room cooler but not able to. So you may feel a bit warm in the room. Hotel staffs are friendly, we raised the aircon matter to them, they still offered to ask the cleaner aunty to adjust for us. Upon checking in, the staff still will check with us whether we need toothbrush and toothpaste. They will send to our room. Other than the aircon, everything is fine :) Thank you!

The airport transfer service was superb, quick & efficient. The ambience of the room, the design & amenities were well upkeep & clean. The room service was very good. Will return to this hotel again in my future trips.

Nice hotel in great location with walking distance to Hongya Cave, Kuixing Tower and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Front desk and concierge staffs are friendly and helpful. Clean room and spacious. Thank you for the welcome gift. Only feedback is pillow too soft and flat. The chief at egg station was reluctant to make sunny side up when my husband requested on Day 1. We stayed 4 nights, the subsequent requests were served without any excuses.😄

We loved this hotel. I’m a really pleased with the room which was well designed spacious with all the little touches that you’d expect from a high-end hotel. The swimming facilities were good and we enjoyed the makeshift beach bar on the top of the hotel - though a little bit scary as I’m not brilliant with heights.

it's a very strategic location to stay near to jiefangbei and other chongqing tourist spot. The room was very big and neat. Laundry and dryer was provide in room. The hospitality was really nice, they gave us welcoming snack and all the staff are helpful. However the amenities and facility could be increase as marriot excecutive apartment is 5star,such as the smart hair dryer and smart toilet could be applied in room. One of the big problem was the deposit, since i used the international bank even though it's a union pay card but the deposit was unsecessful to returned once i checked out which make double works for me which i need to call the bank from my country. I hope the hotel can suggest the customers to use alipay/wechat pay/cash for the deposit since we all know it is jot easy to use international bank card in here.

Great stay in Chongqing. It was our first time, and we were happy to stay in the city's landmark. The staff was great to support, and the rooms were clean and with a great view of the two rivers: top-notch breakfast and an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. We will come back to Intercontinental whenever we travel to Chongqing.

I love this hotel, but most importantly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, kind and so so helpful! Always going above and beyond with utmost professionalism and kindness. Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience. Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow! I will definitely stay here again and again!

I recently stayed at the Conrad Chongqing, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the service was amazing. The front desk staff greeted us warmly, checked in efficiently and quickly, and introduced the hotel's facilities and services in detail, which made us feel meticulously cared for. In particular, Ann and Kera at the front desk were very enthusiastic and professional, which left a deep impression on me. The hotel room is a highlight. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, just like lying on the clouds, and having a good night's sleep. The hygiene in the room is perfect, every corner is spotless, and all kinds of facilities are complete and in the best use. Whether it is the temperature adjustment of the air conditioner or the water temperature control of the shower, it is just right. Then we have to mention the scenery. Chongqing is still very beautiful when there is no fog! The hotel's catering also left a deep impression on us. The breakfast is rich and varied, whether it is Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, porridge, or Western bread, fried eggs, coffee, they are all fresh and delicious, meeting the taste needs of different people. The restaurant staff is friendly and always pays attention to the needs of the guests, replenishing food and cleaning the table in time. In addition, other facilities of the hotel, such as the gym and swimming pool, are also well maintained. The equipment in the gym is brand new and rich in variety, and the water quality of the swimming pool is clear. The design of the swimming pool is also very novel! The Christmas atmosphere is also very strong recently! I love it! In short, this hotel is excellent in all aspects.
