I have stayed here many times. The location is wonderful. Streeterville is a favorite of mine. The staff are truly helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I will be returning.

Great location. Great staff. Clean room. Amazing shower pressure. What more do you need ๐ Could have just used some more accessible plugs next to the bed thatโs all.

It is a nice clean hotel with a great location. The hotel staff is great and friendly. The only issue I had was the lack of amenities such as coffee, water and microwave.

This hotel sits opposite to four seasons residences which speaks for its prime location. But inside it feels dark and old, and the lobby smells... On the flipside, bed is comfy, staff are friendly and they do offer complimentary microwave upon request. All things considered, it's ok if you are looking for cheaper options in downtown area.

The Whitehall is a favorite of ours due to location and friendliness. In recent visits it is becoming tired. The rooms are a bit ragged. The bathrooms need updating badly. Barely sufficient soap and shampoo for more than one shower. Sorry but that is where we come down.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to most of the famous attractions in the city center. Navy Pier is a half-hour walk and the Hancock Building is a ten-minute walk. It is located in the Magnificent Mile area and is directly opposite the Four Seasons Hotel.
Hygiene: clean and refreshing,
Environment: Quiet and comfortable,
Service: The Kirei restaurant on the first floor is convenient for dining and has rich food. During our stay, we received a 50% discount on meals with our room card.

Location: Right next to Chicago 360 John Hancock, and upstairs are luxury shops such as Dior, Hermes, and Prada, as well as brands such as Lululemon, Arc'teryx, and Patagonia.
If you take the bus, take the 151 in front of Bloomingdale's right next to the Art Institute of Chicago. Surroundings are fine
Facilities: It's like a boutique hotel without hotel amenities like a swimming pool. Other than the sound from the hallway, you can't hear the sound of the water upstairs or the noise from the next room.
The lighting in the room is on the dark side, and depending on the location of the room, it is convenient to close the blinds facing the opposite side.
I didn't ask for amenities, but conditioner, body shampoo, soap were placed like this, and there was only a refrigerator and nothing.
Compared to other hotels, I chose it because it seemed to be better for the price (?), but overall I was satisfied with my stay.

The location is perfect in the heart of Chicago, so you hardly ever need to use public transport! I used to walk a lot more for exercise. The price was cheap compared to the location and the facilities were good for the price, but the view was not good because the building itself was too old and low-rise compared to other buildings. I got the best view on the 21st floor, which is the highest floor, but it was not good compared to other hotels..? It's an old hotel, so it was a bit inconvenient to use the phone because there was no concept on the table, and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom, so there were complaints about the cleanliness at the last minute.. The real thing is better than the attached picture, so you don't have to worry about this! Water and ice are also available, but if you don't tell them, they won't give you, so you have to ask for it.
