My stay went well. Staff and the manager are professional, helpful, and friendly. Shopping and food within walking distance!! Zaxbys, Bass BBQ and soul food, and Nail Luv are some of my favorite places.

Didn't realize I was walking distance from quality inn Nick was working that night told him the situation and he was all about helping me after wandering around all day everybody treating me like a homeless person I own Lake City Auto sales in Swanson town in recovery and Lake City Florida now I know how the other side feels since then I've been giving thank you Nick thank you quality inn for making me feel at home

I took my family down for breakfast before we checked out and was met by Ms.Terry. Let me tell you about your team member who went above and beyond. She engaged with my children, asked about our vacation and how much fun they had. She checked on us throughout our breakfast to make sure we did not need anything. She maintained the breakfast table area, the buffet line and kept the food stocked. She did all that while still greeting and asking people about their day and stay. I appreciate everything she did to make our morning better
