2022 I checked in at this hotel, I forgot the month. The first time I entered the hotel lobby was greeted by the receptionist, as far as I know named elsa CMIIW. The first photo I had permission from him at the time of fixing the broken flasher, swiftly with good speech I think giving a lot of tips is fine. I think he is the most kind, friendly, sprightly staff I've ever met 😍. The second photo, when I checked in again, it was seen that there were spots on the bed sheet. I complained by calling the receptionist, it turned out that there was no answer when I got off at the receptionist counter, there was no one, I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the front restaurant. After waiting 60 minutes - 90 minutes finally the other staff changed the bed sheet, at that time I came out because I wanted to shop. The third photo was back at the hotel at night and when I opened the bed sheet it was still stained like blood 😭. In the fourth photo, the lights suddenly flickered like in a club shortly afterwards turned off. I decided to checkout that night, again and again there was no one at receptionist! I decided to put the hotel key at the receptionist and did not take my deposit because I was fed up and annoyed. I hope to pay more attention in terms of staff aspects and room cleanliness.
