It’s not far from the train station. The room is so nice more than I thought. I recommend if you find some hotel for stay during transit.

Overall not a bad hotel. Cons: there is no lift in the small rooms! You will find this out at reception and you will be offered a more expensive room in the main building. Very slow WiFi, insufficient for online work. Pros: close to the centre, to the metro, shops and restaurants close by. Pretty clean, cleaning every day.

I booked a single room, but there is no elevator and the rooms are small. If you're on a tight budget, this hotel is an affordable option.

The hotel is located in a good position: walking distance to metro Dongzhimen (line 2 and line CA, the one that goes to the Capital Airport). The area is quiet and also very close to Sanlitun and to many shops. The room was ok, but nothing special for the price we paid. The room was very dusty with old furniture. Behind the bed and the desk we found garbage left by previous guests. The mixer tap of the shower didn’t work well so the water was boiling hot and it was dangerous to use. The window had a small hole and the air could come in. The WiFi was very weak and unstable. On the second floor, there is a washing machine but it is old. There isn’t any dryer machine. For the price you pay, the hotel should renovate the rooms and offer more services such as a good and clean laundry room.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at the Jingli Hongyizhan Hotel (Beijing Dongzhimen Sanlitun Branch), and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Situated near Dongzhimen and Sanlitun, it offers easy access to some of Beijing's most vibrant areas. Whether you're looking to explore the trendy bars and restaurants in Sanlitun or need to commute via public transport from Dongzhimen, everything is just a stone's throw away. I was able to quickly reach popular attractions and business areas, which made my trip extremely convenient.
Check - in Process
Upon arrival, the front - desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism. They were efficient in handling my check - in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and they even offered some great local tips on where to grab a late - night snack, which was very thoughtful.

It was awful! We made the mistake of not taking the negative reviews seriously and oh man did we pay for it. To start, the woman who checked us in was both rude and difficult to deal with. She repeatedly questioned our visas even after we explained the situation to her (we explained it in chinese, english, chinglish, and with a translator, so we were making sure she understood). She just didn't want us to stay at the hotel. She was about to deny us our stay until I told her that other hotels were able to accept us no problem. Then, she acted like nothing had happened and it was all fine.
Second, the hotel is in two buildings. I'm sure the other building must be nicer, but I wouldn't know because I was in the tatami rooms. It is not listed online but the tatami rooms DO NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR!! We got lucky and were just on the 3rd floor but they have rooms going up to the 5th or 6th. We were only told upon check in that there is no elevator at all. So if accessibility is a concern for you, then I recommend you don't stay here.
Third, the room was gross. We were too shocked to take a picture unfortunately, but there was a used condom on the floor right in front of the door into the room. The hotel said our room had just been cleaned, so I don't know what they consider clean, but that is simply unacceptable. The room was a small one, so it is not like the condom was in a corner. It was in the middle of the floor! Additionally, some other reviews mention this but the mold in the bathroom is really bad. I do have some pictures of this. Its also not like it's one corner -- the entire bathroom was covered in mold! If you stay here, you will want to buy shower shoes.

When I got to the hotel, the hotel offered me the chance to get a room upgrade, which I immediately accepted (80 yuan/night). The new room I got was clean, and the staff was also very nice. However, sound insulation was very poor, I could hear every single word of the people around me. I couldn't switch off the heater, which was also a problem, especially at nighttime. The closest subway station is around 1 km from the hotel, so I suggest taking a didi to wherever you want to go.
I am overall satisfied with this hotel.

It is good hotel to spend couple of days and then leave it. Location is okay a bit far from Subway but you can deal with that. Room is very warm and good except that everything is old. Before you book you must make sure that where you book, Hotel have two different building one have elevator and another does not which mean you need to go to 3,4,5,6 floor by your own after very tired day. They charge us 150rmb for the room where elevator located. Corridors a bit smelly. Don’t buy the breakfast!!! It’s the worst breakfast in my life !!! Except egg you can’t eat anything. There is no restaurant in the building where you stay, reception give you coupons and you need to go the restaurant in opposite side of hotel where restaurant located. If you order more then 20rmb they’ll charge you more. But I’m sure you can’t eat anything except eggs. This hotel for tuff travelers who can survive without what others a bit expensive hotel can offer.

Room is clean, spacious very clean. Don’t need to bring your cleanining stuff the hotel provides everything you may need. Great experience! 100% satisfied and fully reccommended!
