MUYI Hotel Hongqiao Hub Shanghai Reviews

A nice, conveniently situated hotel in walking distance (c. 20 mins.) from HongQiao Train Station - and a bit longer for the HongQiao Airport. The room was spacious enough, with a kitchen area. However some choices in the decoration did not make much sense, for example in the corner of the room was a sofa looking very closing at a wall (no space or even the existence of a screen opposite). The room floor was clean, but details that matter indicated not too much attention on the room - the wall was black from shoes in higher places (e.g. opposite the sofa), the shower area and the bathroom mirror were cleaned very hastily with marks from a wet wiping cloth. Finally, some things that should be there were missing (e.g. bathroom robe). Overall, a good location, but the price does not equal the general status of the offering - the robe, cleaning level, and room decoration/plan.

The suite was very clean and incredibly spacious with plenty room to move around . The hotel is 35min away from Shanghai railway station stations but all in all the location is convenient and so many amenities and shops around

It was very convenient to get to Hongqiao Airport and railway station. A nice mall with a lot of food options is also nearby.

Easy to access. Nearby not much shop, but they have convenient store at lobby.

The service was incredible. I checked in really late on arrival to Shanghai. I got a gift bag. The room was warm clean I had slippers it was just fantastic. I slept really well in a foreign country which I don’t typically do got up the next morning. did the gym there’s free laundry serviceslook then I had breakfast and was collected. It was fantastic. Just make sure you know how to translate Chinese into English because they don’t speak fluent English

The curtains had brown stains on, the window curtains was of the rail and broken. Toilet smelled like piss even if you did not use it. The one male reception was really helpful and did an exceptional job. Robot to deliver stuff was convenient

Booked this hotel in a very last minute due to some unexpected issues. The hotel is near to Hong Qiao Railway station. The check-in process was fast and the services provided by the staffs were good.

The hotel is quite near to the Hongqiao Railway Station eventhough still need to take taxi to go. The room was good, its quite big, in one room have 2 floor, 1 bed at 1st floor and another one at 2nd floor. There are some small restaurant nearby to find.
