The aim is to gather members from across the country, uniting those who are dedicated and skilled in the field, to support localities and units needing professionalism in wine service. 🤩 With the rich and appealing diversity of Vietnamese cuisine, researching dishes that pair well with wine is crucial in the context of international integration and the global development of Vietnamese cuisine. 🤟 ... [Now happening...] Under the guidance of the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association, the Vietnam Sommelier Association is organizing the 🍷 "Vietnam Best Sommelier Competition 2024" 🥂 to enhance the skills of its members and to select a champion to represent the SSA at the "ASI-Best Sommelier of Asia Pacific 2024" competition. The competition will be held every three years, aiming to create a professional and healthy environment, motivating sommeliers working in Vietnam to continuously improve their knowledge and skills. It also aims to introduce a new career to young people currently working in the culinary field in Vietnam. Although the wine industry in Vietnam is still young, with passion and determination, the Vietnam Sommelier Association will overcome initial difficulties to nurture and grow the Sommelier profession in Vietnam.
