🌟 Strengthening Connections for a Green Future🌟 Today, we have the pleasure and honor of meeting the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (SCCV), represented by Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the BOD, Óscar & Jan, in our office to explore our business and gain deeper insights into our Honest Cashew project. During our discussions, we shared opinions on potential collaborations and extended an invitation to Chamber members to visit our factory in Tay Ninh next year. This visit also gave us a chance to reflect on the recognition we recently received—the Green Business Award from SCCV. 🚀 From Insights to Action: VICC’s RTT Journey with IWS Leadership 🚀 VICC was honored to host our IWS Group Director, Mr. Dirk Mayenberger from Germany, to our HCM office and Phan Thiet factory. During his visit, Mr. Dirk met with our employees to share insights on the Intersnack Work Systems (IWS) and provide valuable feedback in preparation for the Run To Target (RTT) implementation at Phan Thiet later this year. VICC has made a significant milestone by conducting Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Leadership Model Workshop at Phan Thiet factory by Mr. Valentin Sterpu, our Group IWS Capability Leader. After two weeks, the Phan Thiet management team has qualified AM Step 1, and we are excited to continue the 3rd week with AM Step 2. Our approach involves the Leadership team working hands-on with the equipment on the shop floor, learning and doing first, then teaching. We focus on building capacity in our people by developing highly skilled production technicians to maintain optimal equipment conditions. This is one of the most important steps in RTT preparation before implementing the 20-week RTT at the end of the year.
