  • Task: Design a poster for a virtual conference called “Building Your Personal Brand from Scratch.”

  • Purpose: Your design should be aligned with AlfaBloggers' branding and aesthetics. This Task will showcase your creative flair and ability to use design tools like Canva or PowerPoint.

4. Situation-Based Questions 🤔

  • Scenario 1: The CEO is running late for an important virtual meeting due to unexpected delays. Draft an email informing the meeting participants and rescheduling the time if necessary.

  • Scenario 2: A team member has a question about the CEO’s availability for a new project. How would you respond in a professional and efficient manner?

  • Purpose: These Tasks will assess your communication skills, professionalism, and ability to handle pressure in real-world situations.

5. Social Media Strategy 📅

  • Task: Plan a 7-day content calendar for LinkedIn, including post ideas, hashtags, and visuals. Use tools like Planable or Later for scheduling.

  • Purpose: This will evaluate your planning and organizational skills, as well as your understanding of social media marketing and content scheduling.
