Today’s girls have bold visions for their futures, whether it’s breaking barriers in leadership roles, standing up to cyberbullying or embracing their true selves. But they can’t do it alone. At Boys & Girls Clubs, girls have access to leadership programming, mentorship and resources that help them develop critical life skills and confidence to overcome obstacles.

Arya is no stranger to adversity, but through her Boys & Girls Club support system she began harnessing her voice for the issues she cares about, including overturning common misconceptions on youth mental health and youth in the foster care system.
A Boys & Girls Club field trip sparked an interest in aviation in Jill that she, her mom and the Club have since fueled. Now, the 17-year-old has earned her student pilot’s license before her driver’s license and is planning for a future in aeronautical engineering – clearing the runway for more aviators who look like her.
Club girls are poised to be the next generation of inventors and innovators with the help of the DIY STEM program and Club virtual learning platforms.
