Editor-in-chief of La Cucina Italiana and La Cucina Italiana International, and more recently, Condé Nast Traveller Italia, Maddalena Fossati, joined Condé Nast in 2010, working for Vanity Fair as lifestyle editor. For more than ten years, she was based in Paris and Barcelona contributing to Vogue Italia, and other sector magazines and authoring several books about fashion and food. Maddalena loves traveling to Japan, Hawaii, New York, Paris, Spain and, above all, Italy, her beloved country. She is a proud mum of Leonardo, a six year old boy and of Elio and Ines, her stepchildren.
