The heirloom beets Lyonnaise with lardons and poached egg arealmost too pretty too eat, and the sourdough crusted halibut comes in a heavenly lemongrass emulsion. If you can, spring for the elegant seven-course tasting menu with wine pairings—c'est sublime.
