Features & Benefits
Our API adapters are designed to make transfer simple, safe and effective. Made of a lightweight one-piece aluminium body and hard anodized nose ring, the design has set the standard adapter for many major oil companies across the world. Straightforward construction and quality components allow operators to use this product for many years, only requiring minimal maintenance to keep it working optimally.
The entire range also features a flat bottom to guarantee complete product drainage and no contamination. Like other EMCO Wheaton fuel transfer products, our API adapters also prioritise high flow rates without a significant drop in pressure. This allows operators to process vehicles more efficiently.
Technical Info
Total weight is 3.53kg, owing to the design’s die-cast aluminium body and stainless-steel internal components. All adapters are shipped with Viton seals to ensure compatibility with high-octane fuels.
Variants include:
- F5000 Non-Openable with or without sight glass
- F5001 Openable fitted with two-stage fixed handle no sight glass
- F5002 Openable with two-stage fixed handle and sight glass
