A Surrey drug dealer has been locked up after police found a phone hidden in a bed frame that confirmed his involvement in the sale of Class A drugs. Michael Touhey, 32, has been sentenced to over three years behind bars following an investigation by Surrey Police.
Officers executed a warrant at Touhey’s home address in Tadworth on July 26 2023, after receiving intelligence that he was involved in the supply of drugs. During the search, police found a phone hidden inside of a bed frame, alongside £395 in cash.
Analysis of over 10,000 messages on the phone showed Touhey orchestrating the sale of cocaine and cannabis. He ultimately pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis and, on Friday, November 1, appeared at Guildford Crown Court, where he was sentenced to three years and three months in prison.
Burglar sentenced
Emiliano Krosi, 24, committed a staggering 33 burglaries across the southeast. He has been sentenced to 11 years and three months in prison.

Investigators estimate that approximately £1,139,000 worth of items were stolen in this period. Officers apprehended Krosi after a red Mercedes he was using was identified as being involved in a burglary in Sevenoaks.
Krosi, who was on bail after being previously arrested by Kent Police, was rearrested by Surrey Police officers in August 2023 and subsequently charged with the 33 burglaries. Upon searching his phone, a large amount of evidence was uncovered including photos of stolen designer goods and ‘pins’ for locations of houses that he had already burgled or was planning to.
A number of stolen items including Rolexes, designer bags and jewellery were successfully recovered by officers.
London drug dealer supplying drugs into Surrey
Drug dealer Phillip Paul was supplying drugs into Surrey. He has been sent to prison for three years after dialing the wrong number.
Paul, 25, from Lewisham, was sentenced at Chichester Crown Court on November 14. Surrey Police first became aware of a drugs line operating in Redhill, Dorking, Leatherhead and Epsom, back in March of this year.
Messages advertising the sale of drugs including crack cocaine and heroin, were also accidentally sent to the mobile number of a serving Surrey police officer, who reported this into the Proactive Investigation Team. Through comprehensive phone work and enquiries, officers identified Paul as the ‘line holder’ and he was arrested outside his home.
Upon searching him, officers uncovered £337 in cash, a wrap of crack cocaine, three wraps of heroin and a bag containing two grams of cannabis. A number of messages from users requesting to buy drugs were also found on Paul’s phone. At court, Paul pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, being concerned in the supply of heroin and possession of cannabis.

Henderson and a second rear seat passenger also suffered serious injuries and were treated at St George’s Hospital in Tooting. Henderson was driving his blue Mercedes A Class when he lost control and collided with a fence and a tree, before crashing into a lamp post.
A blood sample taken from Henderson following the collision showed that he was over the legal limit for both cocaine and cannabis. Henderson, from Bristol, has been jailed for 10 years on November 19 at Guildford Crown Court.

Upon searching Morris’ electronic devices, indecent images of all categories were discovered. Baby and child clothing were also found in his bedroom. In the three interviews conducted by officers with Morris, he either remained silent or answered no comment to all questions.
