The simplest move is still the most effective – and no, it's not boring either
Paris Fashion Week is, essentially, one big free pass to truly show off. Because it's the most sacrosanct window on the industry calendar, the shows are bigger, brighter, starrier; the collections are absurdly meticulous; the guests pull out all the stops, knowing full well that the walk from cab to venue is a prime piece of real estate with photographers that don't care if you're famous or not – they just want a banging fit.
And for all the stunting, it seems the most popular move is… a white T-shirt. Not a full beam graphic shirt, not a barely-there deconstructed art piece, but the most classic of all the menswear classics.
But again: this is Paris Fashion Week. And the industry veterans know how to kick up a staple into something mega. Copy and paste, and you too can feel (and look) like a menswear pro.
