“I absolutely love my new kitchen. The service was wonderful from start to finish. Andy came up with so many ideas that other companies just didn't seem to think of. Seeing the 3D images on the big screen at the showroom really helped me to visualise my kitchen too. Andy was patient throughout the decision making process when I just couldn't decide which of the fabulous designs to choose from! Once I had decided, it was a really smooth process throughout. Peter fitted the kitchen on schedule and was really friendly, answering any questions I had. He respected my home and was really tidy too, which was an added bonus. I have already recommended Andrew James Kitchens and Bedrooms to my family and friends, and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future when it comes to redoing my bathroom and bedrooms.”

“We were recommended to this company and to a particular designer. The service we received was extremely professional even though we did keep changing our minds about the type of kitchen we were after. Eventually we choose the cream Victorian which proved to be an ideal choice. couldn't be more happy with the quality, finish and overall look topped off with a superb granite countertop! Good knowledge of designing a kitchen but also advised and listened to what we required and what our needs were. The help and assistance we received was second to none and we received a visit on a Sunday from Patrick who delivered the curved door which was specially ordered. The only thing we weren't hapoy with was the attitude of the fitter when he called to discuss the work, we must have picked a wrong day as I decided to go with our own fitters! It all worked out very well delivery was on time and no damage at all. The granite fitters did an excellent job and the finished result still looks superb after 2 years. Well done and I have and would always recommend this company for your kitchen needs.”

“Just had my kitchen designed and fitted by SKO. This is the second kitchen they have supplied and fitted in two different homes for us and once again have been thoroughly impressed. “I must say the service from Phil and his team was excellent. We had quotes from Wickes and Howdens which were roughly 20% more expensive than MLS. I was a little dubious at first about going with an independent kitchen supplier but after reading various reviews and meeting Phil and the owner Mike at the showroom all those worries were put to bed. We opted for the white gloss door with the integrated handle without any pelmets with an Island sink and taps. We needed an internal wall moving to open up the utility room. This is where Richard the builder/fitter comes in who came to survey the job along with Phil who were both very informative as to what needed to be done and the timescales associated with the building/installation works. I was then given a delivery and installation date and the kitchen and appliances were delivered on time. Richard and Mick arrived the next day to remove the wall and install the appropriate steel RSJ, and reboard the ceiling ready for the new spotlights. The next day began with Rob the electrician attending to put first fix electrics in followed by the installation of the kitchen units. We did have a problem as two doors were damaged but a quick call by Richard to base and replacements arrived the next day. The units were all installed after day 3 and someone from the granite company attended to template our kitchen. I was told it would take 7 days for the granite to be turned around but the granite was actually installed 4 days after the survey. Richard and Mick returned a couple of days later to finish our lovely kitchen. Richard even demonstrated how to use the lovely Neff coffee machine. I will be recommending MLS to family and friends.
