“We employed Christine Peever to provide us with architectural services to renovate a 4 storey property dating back to 1912. The property was in a very poor state and we had no experience of such a project. Christine was an excellent listener to our needs and I felt she understood our strengths and weaknesses as her clients and adapted herself to us both as individuals to create our vision. Her note taking was faultless and she carried out all changes with exactness and efficiency, of which there were many! We also have to thank her for her endless patience during the decision making processes. She pushed us hard to make as many decisions as possible before going out to tender and this has inevitably assisted us with keeping our budget under control. We look forward to welcoming her back to the property shortly so that she can see what she helped us to create.”

“Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It involved complete remodelling of the space, removal of walls and the design and manufacture of bespoke kitchen units. They were responsive to my ideas, creative and enthusiastic. I found it very easy to communicate with them and the works were completed on time and on budget. I think the choice of materials and overall design are warm simple and enduring. “We brought Peter and his firm on board mid way through a residential ground floor rear extension project at short notice in order to sort out some issues. They did brilliantly and we were really pleased. Peter is well connected with builders, engineers and building control inspectors, which we made full use of and was helpful. His final design was smart and his help navigating the required approvals, including a Thames Water build over agreement, much appreciated. Peter's response times were quick and he kept ahead of our programme, despite our last minute engagement with him, which was very important to us. His rates were reasonable. “Having been initially impressed by Nick's work on his own home, my first contact with him was some years ago when he designed a loft conversion for me at a previous address. I therefore had no hesitation in asking him to design and help oversee the work at my new house in 2016, which involved expanding a shower room in a loft conversion within its existing planning remit and re-modelling the downstairs living area. In the loft, he successfully doubled the size of my shower room. In the living area, one of the drawbacks was that the house is mid-terrace Edwardian and it can be quite dark. Nick specialises in maximising light and he used glass in a way that has transformed the property while still retaining the character of the original building. I was also struggling for storage space and he was able to create much more which, while unobtrusive, more than meets my needs. Nick's is straightforward and friendly to deal with and I'd certainly recommend him.”
