“Elizabeth Franke, the Architect at Third Land was able to accept a design challenge of a Master bath, and turn major problems with space and mechanical issues in to pure beauty and luxury. By adding her design elements we no longer had an ugly HVAC vent visible, but instead she was able to add framing covered in glass tile to create a "floating ceiling" that covered the unsightly vents but did not affect performance of the system. She also added other framing that was never thought of by others to separate the bathing ares from the sink areas. We are so happy with the results. She will design our entire new home in a few years.”

“The team at Patriot converted my attic space above my garage into storage space. I received a quote on day one and that is what was paid when the job was completed a few weeks later. The team suggested I add a few things like wiring and paint enhancements which were clearly quoted and agreed upon beforehand. “My mother and father who are now nearly in their 70’s live in their house where I grew up. Due to a serious leakage in their kitchen under the sink, a lot of moisture seeped into the wood cabinet and ended up going all the way through the wood flooring. Then I thought about one of my friends who had her bathroom renovated last year and since she was happy with the results I thought I would give a call to the people who did her renovation. I called and Ana came over to chat and assess the situation. We found out that my parents had a serious case of mold problem which prompted a full kitchen renovation all the way to the studs. The project took 10 days over the scheduled time to be completed because Mom kept changing her mind about the finishes but Ana was very patient and helpful. My Mom was thrilled with the end result and she said Ana made it a painless experience. I definitely recommend green brick builders.”
