“I have never before experienced such exceptional customer service. My project was extremely small. However, I was made to feel as if I was spending a million dollars. J. Lynton Brooke, the owner, took the time to explain the entire process. He made me feel confident that I could master this undertaking and when I ran into difficulty taking measurements, he came on site to make sure that my measurements were accurate. The project turned out AMAZING!!!! Every time I enter my kitchen, I smile and marvel at the beauty of the stainless steel tile. I wish more people conducted business like J. Lynton Brooke. “I recently worked with Fordham Marble for tile and new granite kitchen counters. Their tile selection was amazing and they worked with us making creative and design suggestions. They were very flexible and worked within our budget. They had a fantastic variety of granite for our kitchen counters. Upon selecting the stone, we were able to go to their shop facility and layout the pieces in order to see how they would fit together and match the slabs. The shop foreman worked with us to layout the best areas of each granite slab and spent a long time as we moved the tape lines and tried different configurations. The installation was perfect. The seams are almost invisible and the grain of the granite matches perfectly. I highly recommend these people.”
