Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. “Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “I hired this company to renovate my kitchen and bathroom, they made it very easy for us as we didn't know where to start. Their designer Bar was a big help in getting the renderings done and helping us with shopping the materials. The crew worked regularly Monday through Friday and always cleaned up at the end of the days work. The inspections were handled by Sam our project manager and we had no issues passing them. We really enjoyed working with Sam and the rest of the team and highly recommend working with this company.”

“I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”
