They are very knowledgeable, have an intuitive understanding of what fits your environment best, are always on-time and highly responsive to your requests and questions. And patient. Designer, Peter Cass works with you to design the furniture that you like and will spend whatever time it takes to create the look you want. You can bring photos of what you like and have it made by Sitting Pretty for a fraction of the cost. They have an entire room full of sample fabrics. Peter will make certain your furniture is perfect before he accepts it for delivery. The delivery crew is top notch. They are extremely careful in making sure your items are handles like fine china. They don't just deliver your items, they place them and set them up and make sure they are part of your home, in the exact place you want them. They send employees from their store and do not use an outside delivery company.”

“As I built my house over a seven-year period I thought to myself, "I will not use anything that is commercial or pre-manufacuted." At that point, everything was either built on-site or built by hand by a real craftsman. About two years ago, I spoke to Brett about building a new kitchen for me. I was not sure what materials I was going to use but after discussing it with him, we finally came to a conclusion--all Walnut cabinets and stainless steel counter tops with a Calcutta Gold marble island. Brett was able to create something that went beyond my expectations. His attention to detail with solid wood pulls and matching grain lines was perfectly executed. I loved his work so much, I had him continue to work to build a bed, two cabinets and a 12-dresser drawer. I also plan on commissioning him on building another bed.”
