“My family of five embarked on an eight-month journey of construction to our house while living in it. We gutted a kitchen and added on a family room, laundry room, mudroom and half-bath on the main floor. We felt very prepared going into the process and were led every step of the way by Rick, his crew, his assistant and the construction website/app he used. The communication with Redesign KC was of utmost importance to us when we decided to move forward with our project. Rick was great at making sure we knew what was going on, emailed us within a short amount of time when we sent him concerns, and kept in touch with us with big pieces to the project. We felt very comfortable with the workers in our house and they were very nice to work around during our summer at home. The outcome of our project was so amazing! We feel so comfortable in our space and it feels perfect to our family. I can't imagine the old house anymore. Friends and family comment on it all the time and the craftsmanship was to our expectations, thanks to a wonderful worker named Richard. “It was time to down size so we sold our 3500 sq ft home and bought a 1900 sq ft home. As you imagine it was hard not only to adjust to the smaller size but also to fit the needs of 3 teenage boys and us into a smaller home and still feel like we had are own space. We called Mike with Legacy Home Improvement and the first thing that I liked about Mike was I felt like he was understanding what I wanted and needed. Second, I didn't feel like he was just "telling me what I wanted to hear" if there was something we couldn't do he told us up front. Third, he was VERY mindful of our budget and was very good at keeping us on track. Mike and hi team added a Master Bath and Master Closet to a finished basement and a shower onto one of the 3/4 baths. Now we have 4 bedroom and 4 baths and everyone has their own space. Quick, CLEAN and extremely freindly! AWESOME job!!!!”
