“Steve and Alan at Sharp Industries were the most professional contractors I have ever worked with and I was so glad to have them managing my Kitchen/Dining Room/Den remodel. The job required them to work on this project while we were still living in the house and they did a great job of managing it such that it was a comfortable for us as possible, without causing any kinds of delays. They are very knowledgeable and were able to even give us some ideas and make suggestions that made the remodel turn out even better than we had planned. They were easy to work with and always willing to discuss any questions I had. Their cost of the job was under the other bids that I received, with better materials and a great crew to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to hire a contractor for anything from a simple remodel to an entire custom home.”

“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”

“Albert G. and his crew were professional, timely, and organized. They did a great job tearing down our old balcony and building a new one in its place. The project was complicated and dangerous, but the work they did was exceptional and the new patio and balcony are beautiful! Even the permit inspector commented on the excellent construction skills of our contractor! Albert also remodeled my mother's bathroom and did a wonderful job. We have referred Albert to family and friends, and we would hire him again without hesitation. I trust him to do an outstanding job at whatever project he undertakes.”

“I hired Arch Design, Inc. for a complete house remodel to accommodate my mother as she ages. Lora, the owner of Arch Design is the architect, designer and general contractor. She and her crew are phenomenal! The design of the remodel was creative and incorporated excellent use of storage space. The house is only 1300 sq feet, but feels much larger. The quality of the work and expertise of the contractors was far above expectations. The work was done in a timely manner and the respect of the crew for my home while I lived here was outstanding. They did an exceptional job on every aspect of the project! The quality of the workmanship is so good, it will be submitted for an award. I will be posting pictures of the project for your viewing when they become available.”

“We had Imperial Remodeling and Construction handle a major renovation to the house we purchased in 2015. First let me say that these guys were very professional. They were punctual and showed up when they said they would. They were great at communicating with us on timelines, estimates and any questions or concerns we had. Plus, they returned our calls and emails! Raymond's demeanor and attitude were always calm and reassuring which is invaluable when dealing with the chaos of a move and a renovation. Imperial Remodeling and Construction was able to handle all aspects of our renovation. Again, it was so nice to have one point of contact for all the moving parts involved in a renovation. The few things that we found after living in the renovation that needed adjustments were quickly fixed. You can tell that they really care about the work they do and that they pride themselves in finding solutions to any issue. Now, whenever we have a house project, we give Raymond and his team a call first. We are very satisfied with Imperial Remodeling and Construction and would definitely recommend them to our friends, family and anyone else.”

“This company has done remodeling of kitchen, bath, tile and wood flooring in our previous home. Their design work sold that house! It was beautiful! We currently have used them in the remodeling of our current home on various projects, all, which we were well pleased. The most recent work here was on our deck, where they designed a built-in BBQ and replaced exterior deck doors. We are working with them now on plans for additional deck enhancements. They provide quality work, materials, sound advice, and seem to understand our expectations as we have seen great results on each project over these past 20 years of home design projects.”
