“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Epic. From the beginning, Travis really listened to my needs and created a creative and beautiful design for me. I was dreading the construction process, but I had nothing to fear. The crew was uniformly pleasant and cheerful, the sort of people I enjoyed having in my house. They were neat and tidy...I couldn't believe a construction site could be so clean! They were patient with me as well, as my ideas changed a bit during the process. The end result has been fabulous. I feel that I received incredible value for the money, and have actually made some new friends into the bargain. I would unhesitatingly recommend Epic for any project.”

“We hired James (JDL Construction) to do numerous projects on our home, including a very large outdoor pergola and several wood finishing projects (including painting) inside our home. We were extremely happy with both the quality of the work his team did and the professional manner in which he and his team always conducted themselves. My husband and I are both perfectionists and really appreciated James's great attention to detail. They also finished within the promised time frame, which I believe is very rare in the world of construction! As a mom at home with young kids during the project, I also really appreciated how friendly, polite, and considerate his whole team was. They were all a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.”

Genesis Pro Builders sat down with me and listened to all of the ideas I had for their room and managed to work almost all of it into the designs. When my parents saw the finished product, they were both speechless. It looked amazing. They laid new floors, painted the walls, and installed new countertops as well as cabinets and light fixtures. “Our extraordinary custom home, designed and reconstructed by October 5 Fine Home Builders is undeniably a work of art. October 5 offers superior design and execution, where form and function converge. Ryan, the project superintendent, attends to every detail with an eye for quality and perfection. Their open-floor plan design blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces, light abounds in every room, yet the space remains purposely private and intimate. Originally constructed in 1953, our home had not undergone any remodeling or updating. During construction, the house was all but demolished - leaving only the rough framing and portions of the exterior stucco and siding. Earthquake updates, 200 amp electrical service, beefed-up insulation, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, smooth drywall, wide-plank flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, and dual-glazed windows supported the bulk of the project, which lasted 4 ½ months. With clean contemporary lines, the modern floor plan, great for entertaining, offers a celebrated life-style. What a beautiful and relaxing way to enjoy life!
