“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “My wife and I were looking to have an old wooden covered patio replaced with a new one. Joe from better place remodeling came out for a free estimate. He was very friendly and explained every step in great detail. There was a small mishap during demo that Joe took care of immediately. They increased the patio size to 14’ wide from our old 12’. Such a difference it makes to have outdoor living space to read, relax, and get away from the kids. Joe was constantly in touch and even made some changes for us on the fly. I would highly recommend Better Place Remodeling if your looking for a patio as well Joe H. San Marcos”

“I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”

“Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. Kind, freindky, but most importantly efficient. Since then (October 2018) i have recommended them to many freinds. Thank you guys!”

“I highly recommend the California Building and Remodeling Company. We are VERY happy with their work all the way. I feel fortunate to have met Philip Geunther, the owner and founder of the company. He is quite skilled with people, and with coordinating teams of workers on a project. The contract was a reasonable price, in fact very inexpensive because he came often to check on the work and improved the work when needed by discussing the plan several times with his team to give us the maximum best result. I will call Phil in the future for other jobs with no hesitation because this has been an outstanding experience for my family. What did they do for us? My mother is close to age 95 and had a stroke, and is wheelchair bound. Phil and his team remodeled our old bathroom into a larger shower that is designed for wheelchairs. The shower is a "roll-in" shower compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. We are so happy!! Thank you Phil. I recommend their work for any ADA project. They know what they are doing.”

“"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”
