Celso is Very unprofessional and tried to increase the price abnormally in the middle of the project. Lied and tried to take money from me on issue never exists. I will not recommend.

After seeing what a wonderful job Global Services did remodeling my daughter-in-law and son's kitchen I decided to hire them as well to turn a tired old house that I recently purchased into a comfortable home. Except for the floor, the kitchen was a total gut job. They removed some cabinets over the peninsula that interfered with sight lines. New cabinets were built, granite, lighting and new appliances were installed. All old and beat-up interior doors were removed/replaced. Three new exterior doors were installed. Old carpet was removed from three bedrooms and porcelain wood-look tiles previously installed throughout the house were matched and installed in two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom had new carpet installed, popcorn ceiling removed, walls painted. Celso was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during project. He listened to what I wanted and would make suggestions that I could either implement or discard with no judgement or disappointment. He is just an all around good guy and I am glad I got to know him, The office staff was wonderful and the crews were hard working and professional. I have no hesitation about recommending Global Services and will use them again for future projects.

Celso and his team did a fantastic job on our office. It was a complete gut and remodel. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. Celso was a joy to work with as well. He kept our budget in mind when making decisions, was very responsive to calls, and had any issues taken care of in a timely manner. If we couldn't get a hold of another contractor, Celso was always willing to jump in to keep our project on track. We will continue to use him for any additional projects.

Very professional from the initial bid to the clean up. They worked around my difficult schedule. I will use them again and would recommend to anyone with a small project to large.

I have been working with Global Services Remodeling for over 2 years with the 17 houses, Xylo HQ LLC ( company that I manage for) owns them. They are the responsible for all the houses maintenance and remodeling. In these past 2 years we have built an excellent partnership and we know we can rely on them for every call we make, since small repairs up until projects that involve, design conception, getting permits, logistics and managing vendors.

We bought our house in 2016 and although it was beautiful there were things we wanted to upgrade, with all the costs from purchasing a house we decided to wait. Back in August of last year (2018) after talking my husbands ear off we decided to take the plunge and hire a company to redo all of our house flooring as well as some other things such as (redo shower in master, get bigger/taller baseboards, retouch some paint, etc). Hiring contractors is a scary decision, I heard of many horror stories and decided we would only hire someone with personal references. A friend of ours who had used Global Services and knew the owner recommended them to us. We did a free estimate where they came out to see the house and got our estimate. We live in a 2,600 square foot home with 1 and a half stories (game room upstairs). We had carpet in the living room, bedrooms, hallways and stairs. The rest of the house was a dark old fashioned tile. I chose a modern gray laminate and a light porcelain tile for the wet areas (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry) and the project began. Redoing floors makes a lot of noise and dust. We have kids and packed most of our belongings and placed in the garage. I would recommend packing and doing this because the dust from breaking tile is pretty thick. The contractors came everyday during the week and worked hard for 8 weeks. With small kids I went out of the house with them so they could make the noise without bothering the kids too much. I was happy with the time frame because I was told it would take longer. The results are beautiful, I have a ton of photos. The 8 weeks includes the entire house flooring as well as the master shower we redid plus the painting and baseboards. I highly recommend Global Services Remodeling, if you have any crazy ideas just show them photos of what you want and they can give you a free estimate and go from there...

Global Services Remodeling did a great job on remodeling my two Airbnb unit rentals. Their work is very detailed and neat. They did a great job on everything that were requested, such as paint, light stage, tile work, plumbing, light fixture and some other minor stuff. Everything turned out to be wonderful so that I have been achieving 100% booking occupancy on my 2 Airbnb units. Furthermore, Celso and his employees were very friendly, accessible and creative in every solution for the projects meeting my needs.
