“Eric is a very unique contractor. He is the kind of guy you want to have dinner with after the job is complete. He is very budget conscious, pays attention to time frame and all the many details that go into a remodel. His crew is very tidy and very respectful of your space. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! “Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”
