“My husband and I have followed Michael Klement, the Principal at Architectural Resource, at the Ann Arbor home shows and remodeling tours for years. His passion for the work he does is evident in everything he does, and is delightful to listen to during his tours. We've visited every home that has been open for tours and no two are alike. His talent is so broad - from respecting a classic Italianate design, to creating a found-art energy efficient modern masterpiece. He excels at listening to what the customer is looking for and delivering perfection. He blends brilliant design with smart, efficient, architectural engineering. After years of dreaming of what Michael could do for us, we were finally in a position to consider hiring him. He met us at our home and talked with us about our "ultimate vision of living". We can see how this approach could lead to the perfect personalized homes that we had toured. He walked us through the design process and laid out an estimate for pricing. After the meeting I was so energized and excited that it took 2 hours to fall asleep (it was way past my bedtime!). Ultimately, we couldn't find a piece of empty property with the location / features we wanted for a price that would allow us to build new with Michael. So we purchased a home with "potential" and are saving up for the chance to do a remodel/rebuild with him on this property. We wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.”

“In June 2012, Father & Son completed a total tear out and remodel of our small 1950s bathroom. From the first visit by their salesman, to the last visit by Mat Vivona, we could not be more pleased! All the trades were wonderful - everyone took great care to keep our home as clean as possible, ensure our kitties did not get out, and the workmanship was outstanding, especially the tile work. Overall, everyone was very willing to work with me on any requests I had, and the project was completed on time and within budget (taking into account some surprises inside the walls). Since the job has been completed, I can't say enough good things about Father & Son, and have recommended them highly to anyone considering home improvements in the area.”

Ron and his team provided this unit to our expectations and with his recommendations gave us ideas we likely would have not considered. The quality of the cabinetry was excellent and timetable for this project were accurate. I am having them do my kitchen next.”

“Nightingale Co. exceeded our expectations! As a realtor and investor, I have worked with several contractors and subcontractors. From past experiences, I had very little faith in the industry as I found myself managing each person myself to ensure the work met my (high) standards. We hired Nightingale to remodel our home from floor to ceiling. Throughout the entire project, I did not feel a need to manage, check in on, or question them. Every one of the employees and subcontractors were kind, clean, professional, and highly skilled. The owner, operations director, and superintendents were there daily to offer "white glove service" to the project. Our home had several motivated individuals working 8-10 hours Monday-Friday from beginning to end of project. From woodwork, to custom cabinetry, to paint, our home has been seamlessly transformed with an unrivaled attention to detail. Nightingale Co is extremely high level and therefore they get my highest level of recommendation!”

I gave him my list of must haves and he designed a digital rendering of what it would look like. From demolition to the final result he was always clean, courteous and considerate of our lives as he worked around us. We love our new bathroom and wish we had done it sooner. “Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“Riemco built our lake home. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgable and timely. Their attention to detail and focus on pleasing the customer was a plus for house. Our house is beautiful, and the envy of many of our neighbors. We are so pleases with the quality of our home from the ground up. Their general contractor was very easy to work with and thorough with every step. They made building our first home a pleasure and would highly recommend their family owned company.”
