“Bay Remodels was the right company for my renovation. The remodel of my kitchen was well organized from the beginning to the end. I am so very pleased with the results. The subcontractors were on time and extremely competent. Each phase of the work was overseen by Arsen and each day closed with detailed cleanliness. Everyone I came in contact with was professional, well mannered, kind and enthusiastic. It was a pleasant experience, done as I wanted. A job well done, gorgeous! “My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“Sal and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen! Our kitchen need a full upgrade - new cabinets, floors, countertops, applicances, lighting, etc. QA Builders were always professional and kept the job moving along so that it could be finished in a timely manner. Sal was very responsive and a great communicator when we had questions. Also, the team always showed up on time and left our place clean before they left each day, which we really appreciated. One of Dan Nordin's greatest attributes is professionalism, providing clear and reliable communication throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent and our timeline was adhered to, finishing the WHOLE house remodel in 11 months.”

“I hired RTC for an expansion of 621 sq ft addition to my home in 2017. Sergio said he could have the project done in 3-4 months and he delivered. He and his team are very straight-forward, honest and trust-worthy. His team can also help you decide on issues that may creep up as the project unfolds...such as unexpected discoveries that may not have been obvious at the start. In my case we learned that the old sheet rock had asbestos and were asked to remove all of it. RTC hired the appropriate removal company and thankfully it was only a 3 day delay. RTC and their team show up every day, as the work progresses, and they're responsive to your questions. I hired RTC the a second phase in 2019 to remodel the original two bdrms and turned the old bathroom into an en-suite. RTC does really beautiful work.”
