We proceeded to meet with them. When my husband and I first met with Kim , we knew that we were going to hire her. We spoke with people who had worked with her and her contractors. They were all very pleased and would work with her again, that sealed the deal. Kim came through with designs that were amazing. Walls were taken down, walls were added, the ceiling was raised from 8’ to 11’10”, old insulation removed and 2 types of spray insulation added, all new walls, floors, windows, and sliding doors were done. The contractors that she brought on were spot on. Not a cross word can be spoken. Kim went above and beyond for us. She covered every aspect of the Kim stepped in with the tappliance store to get us what we ordered. When the correct handles for other appliances we not supplied, she aquired them. They all match now. I knew what lighting fixtures I wanted, Kim designed the lighting layout that is amazing. She made sure there was a continuity with the cabinet doors and drawers, made sure they were replaced with the color match. She also, had the countertop reset because it wasn’t perfect. We are truly thrilled with Kim Lane and could not suggest anyone to do a superior job.”
