“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. On another job they installed a ceiling fan to a vaulted ceiling where there had been no electrical prior to their installation work. I hired them twice so far. The work dates were about a year apart. The date listed below is an estimate of the last time they worked for me. The approximate project cost is for both jobs combined. “Wow! What a crazy ride!! Thank you Rudy and all of your crew. You all did an excellent job on our addition\ re-build. With my Mothers blessing, my husband and I decided to overhaul and nearly rebuild my childhood home. My mom had been in her home for 56 years with the last 3 years being alone. The decision was made to reside together, so rather than move mom out to live in our home, we moved in to her home and with the help of Arlington Const., we all reside happily together. We interviewed about 6 contractors. Rudy sailed to the top of the list. He runs his crew with leadership and is well respected by all of them. They all take pride in their work, work VERY hard ,and the job stays clean and orderly. Rudy does not manage his crew from a far, He was at the job daily and often several times each day. The Men are all friendly, kind and took to calling my mom Grandma ( which she loved. ) We gutted the house and started pretty much from scratch. Our addition was approx. 700 Sq. Ft. Total Sq. Ft being approx. 1,900 Sq. Ft. upon completion. Three bedrooms, three baths and a lovely open floor plan. You can not see where the addition begins or ends. It looks amazing.Thank you for referring us to your architect Leo who was reasonable and very helpful. Rudy, we appreciate your integrity, honesty , knowledge, and your love of doing what you do. “We had the pleasure of having Robert and his team remodeled our backyard. He was recommended to us from a family friend who had used his services for their backyard remodeling project. We had a large project over 15,000 square feet space and Robert and his team came through. We showed him our design and he itemize all the work that he will be doing and came up with a very reasonable estimate. This was very important as this prevents any future misunderstandings. He regularly communicated with us and updated us on any delays and he was able to completed the project on time. The quality of the work was very good. He was very flexible in adapting to the changes that we've requested. He was honest, on time and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to do remodeling project.”

“I rate them 5 stars because they were courteous and helpful regarding (1) addressing the issue of remaking a bathroom for handicap access and usage, with the contractor understanding from first hand experience being in a wheel chair the necessary details; and (2) doing a rush job for us in lieu of my mother's imminent release from the hospital and our need for the bathroom to be done. When my mom was release, it was a HUGE relief to have that bathroom ready.”
