“Zack responded very quickly and got the job done very quickly. He installed an in-wall dog door which means he cut a hole in the wall of the house and inserted the door. He did a nice and neat job for a very reasonable price and we are very happy with his workmanship. The dogs are so so happy that they can live a free and independent life by going in and out at their leisure. Thank you Zack !!!”

“I had Donald come do some kitchen remodeling work and some plumbing work in a bathroom last week and I was really amazed at the professionalism. He was always on time and very nice and kept really good communication with me the whole time. He did a super amazing job and I couldn’t be any happier. “I highly recommend the California Building and Remodeling Company. We are VERY happy with their work all the way. I feel fortunate to have met Philip Geunther, the owner and founder of the company. He is quite skilled with people, and with coordinating teams of workers on a project. The contract was a reasonable price, in fact very inexpensive because he came often to check on the work and improved the work when needed by discussing the plan several times with his team to give us the maximum best result. I will call Phil in the future for other jobs with no hesitation because this has been an outstanding experience for my family. What did they do for us? My mother is close to age 95 and had a stroke, and is wheelchair bound. Phil and his team remodeled our old bathroom into a larger shower that is designed for wheelchairs. The shower is a "roll-in" shower compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. We are so happy!! Thank you Phil. I recommend their work for any ADA project. They know what they are doing.”

“We have now completed three different projects with James O'Keefe and his BuildMasters Construction Inc., and I can say that I would not go with any other general contractor! He and his crew do impeccable work, are dependable, keep the client up to date on time and budget issues. He has great communication, is clear on his timeline so that we can order materials in a timely manner, and he is very detail-oriented. This project, a whole house remodel, shows up in his Houzz profile as "Encinitas Beach Remodel," and everyone concerned has said what a great job he's done. Finally, we have had 3 local real estate professionals tour the house, and every one of them has asked if we would share the name of our contractor. We continue to happily state that we are once again extremely satisfied with James O'Keefe and BuildMasters Contracting.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction.
