“This company and the team i worked with was excellent. We had quite a few hiccups along the way (water leaking from the outside via walls and roof) and they handled it gracefully. “Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”

“I have used Assured Accuracy on several occasions. I needed base boards after my carpets were removed. I recently had my walls painted and the baseboards needed to be wider/taller than the ones you can get in Home Depot, etc. Todd Murray, owner, created my baseboards custom to avoid repainting my rooms. They turned out beautiful. HIs workmanship is excellent. In June of 2022, my kitchen was flooded due to a leaky faucet. Todd worked with my insurance company and finished my kitchen. I wanted to keep my old upper cabinets as they were custom when we originally built the house. Since we couldn't get the exact match for the size and the space we had, Todd custom built several of the cabinets in the kitchen to fit the floor plan. The kitchen looks great. Todd and Jessica worked with me on the design and kept the cost within budget. Although the insurance company was difficult to deal with, Todd kept within his estimated time of completion, even after several months delay on the insurance adjuster's part. He made up time by working weekends, and after hours in order to have my kitchen ready for Thanksgiving. I don't know any other company that would be this dedicated to their clients. It was appreciated!! Five Stars for sure!!”

“We hired Gaspar's to give the run-down, 104 year old Seattle house we purchased a "makeover," including refinishing the original fir floors, partial kitchen and basement upgrades, and detailed painting of miles of original wood trim! Gaspar's was upfront, professional, and responsive in every aspect, providing a dedicated and experienced project manager who kept us informed and involved at every step. The project was smooth, streamlined, and we loved the results so much we hired Gaspar'sagain the following year to remodel our main bathroom. They carefully preserved and restored the original clawfoot tub, and suggested upgrades that were modern but preserved the original character of our home, including a new pedestal sink with modern lines. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspar's, especially for that "complete experience" from start to finish.”
