“I hired them to gut and remodel an entire bathroom. I found them to be good and am recommending them. I gave them pictures of the color tile and countertop I wanted and then they bought the actual materials. We had to change the design of the shower wall tile from 12" x 12" to 2" x 2" tiles. I like the result. It looks unique and gives the shower area a more casual appearance than what I had originally intended to have them install. The granite countertop looks beautiful. The wood-look floor tile came out very good also. It even sounds like wood when I walk on it! The only place we cut corners was on painting the walls, but judging from the 2 other quotes I got on this project, that seems to be the norm these days. Unless you pay top dollar, which I did not. I would have appreciated more explanation as to the "Why" we were doing something vs doing it another way, but it just wasn't there. Although, I was able to call and talk to the project manager almost always at a moment's notice. So I never felt abandoned or that they had walked off the job. From talking to other people's experiences with general contractors that seems to be a situation that can occur. So to summarize: If you're looking for a contractor who will complete your project from beginning to end, will get you very high quality shower tile, bathroom floor tile, and granite countertop, and is available at a moment's notice for questions, then Hayberg Restoration Network is a company you'll want to do business with.”

“The overwhelming majority of reviews highlight all of the good and true things about B.C.M. London, Inc. and I will try to summarize here:1. Professional from beginning to end2. Highest level of customer service (promptly responsive to our many initial inquiries as well as the follow-up on punch-list at the end)3. Quality of work is exemplaryAs a detail-oriented person, I was extremely diligent in making the choice of which company to select for remodeling our 'already finished' basement. I requested and got quotes from multiple companies and ruled them in or out based on their responses. Salar Sayari came to our home, listened intently to the same description that I gave to all potential contractors (absolutely essential for apples-to-apples comparison), and prepared a quote based on our requirements. There was considerable back-and-forth between us and the finalists before we selected B.C.M. London, Inc. as our choice. The end result is justification for all of the preliminary efforts.What was done:1. Demo/removal of two built-in bookshelves and drywall repair2. Removal of Murphy Bed and drywall repair3. Complete bathroom renovation from tub and cabinet sink to pedestal sink and tiled, glass-enclosed shower4. Conversion of 'kitchenette' cabinetry to entertainment/bar area, including replacing backsplash, painting of cabinets and installation of LED lighting5. Build of floor-to-ceiling library on three walls of a u-shaped room6. Installation of internet cable and speaker wires for media room7. Complete painting of all walls, ceilings, doors, and trim8. Installation of both carpet and hardwood flooring9. Replacement of five ceiling fansA sizable renovation involving a lot of different trades, all coordinated and overseen by Salar. Further, Salar's demeanor was most impressive, listening carefully to all of our questions and explaining what our options were and how he could best address them. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor.The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project.The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.”

“Hamid is a great builder and very resourceful guy. We worked with Hamid on the addition project at our house and we loved the outcome! He was always around to check on his subs, he made suggestions and did the work so timely and on budget. Recently he has also become a business partner. I am an interior designer and we work together on projects all the time. I couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and professional contractor to work with. Just like when he did the work for us, he always so nice and able to resolve any issues and we loved working with him, my clients are now the same way. I love having Hamid as a business partner and friend. He does really quality work!”

“Steve Minchew does an excellent job of making the customer happy! We have only used the Minchews for one project so far but plan to hire them for all of our home improvement needs. We had a master bathroom without a vent fan for 20 years and another bathroom vent fan that wasn't doing the job. They put in a vent fan that is powerful and efficient in both baths, dealing with the ducts in the attic and roof. They scheduled the visit and were timely and charged exactly what was in the estimate. You know that there are not going to be any surprises and that the work will be well done. When we called to question the origin of a stain on the ceiling they immediately let us know that whatever the problem they would take care of it. It turned out that it had nothing to do with their work. We have talked with two other families who are thrilled with the work that was done by Minchew and Company.”

“We have hired Matt and Tonya for both home renovation and interior design projects. Tonya designed and made a headboard and provided interior design consultation for our home. Matt's skilled craftsmanship assisted us greatly when we renovated a 1920's bungalow. They are very creative, easy to work with, manage the project within your budget and can be counted on to do what they say they will do and get the job done on time. “Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic. Once the work got under way they were here every day.I can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Tom on this project. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. He is highly principled and the experience was a very good one.”
