“Michael was extremely exceptional with his service from beginning to end. I wasn’t really even sure what I was going for with my bathroom remodel and he was amazing with guiding me on ideas with what’s modern, traditional or a mix of both. “Zambrano Development repaired and painted bay windows built in 1966 to prevent leaks and and improve the outward appearance of the house. They also a rebuilt a wooden gate. The work looks good but of course I am not a good judge and time will tell how long it lasts. I could not always reach them by cell phones. One day the two people I wanted to contact had full mailboxes. Also I would like to have been called on the days when they did not come, even though, yes, I know you can't work outdoors in the rain. Everyone who worked at the house was polite and pleasant. I would recommend this company.”

“We hired Pizarro to repair drywall (chunks of paint ripped off when we removed wall paper and several cracked areas) and to upgrade our electric panel, separate circuits, and install a manual generator switch. Armando (the owner) was amazing to work with and we'd definitely hire the company again!”

“Cut masters did an amazing job adding custom details to our otherwise boring old house! They put built in's on either side of our fireplace and trimmed around out flat screen TV. In addition to that they put beautiful crown molding, chair rail and wainscoting on the main floor. It has absolutely transformed our house into a home. Lastly, they put a classic Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen, a custom mirror surround in the powder room and opened up the wall from the kitchen to the family room! AMAZING!!!”

“After researching and meeting with quite a few contractors, we went with FB Construction, and I'm so happy we did. They were the perfect mix of professional and personal, and I feel like I was working with family in the best way possible. As this was our first experience in home renovation, I was ready for some minor disasters. There were none. From a basement build-out to expanding rooms and laying hardwood floors, everything was completed in the way that we expected. They made sure of it. I would highly recommend this company.”

“A little late with this review, but these guys definitely needed to be complimented. We did a complete small bathroom remodeling project last year and we contacted these gentlemen for their services. They did a wonderful, professional, on-time job for us and we will definitely be looking at using them for our future larger bathroom project. They changed out floors, shower, shower doors, walls, sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and did an outstanding job and took owner changes or concerns in stride. Very courteous and clean and followed their estimate closely. I recommend R Brand Homes for home upgrades and remodeling projects wholeheartedly.”
