“Dave is an excellent craftsmen, and intelligent builder. He returns calls on time, texts daily, and his pricing and work contract are very transparent We originally needed a window replaced, but the project morphed into a much larger project because of carpenter ants. He ended up having to replace all the shingling on one side of our house. Dave was very honest and clear on how the project escalated, what new costs were and gave us different options for budget and solutions. He encouraged us to go with a bit higher quality in materials, and we are really thankful we did the job right. It was late January and he and his fellow builder showed up in 10 degree weather for a week. His coworker was a pleasure to chat with every day, With 3 children at home, it’s important to feel comfortable with workers and I fully trust Dave and his Team. He always was meticulous with clean up. My one suggestion would be to understand his payment plan. We gave him a down payment and then wrote fairly substantial checks weekly. I felt like I was not always prepared with money in the bank to cover that week’s installments. I would prefer one deposit down and final payment at end but this was our only issue. His knowledge and expertise were worth it,! We were very pleased with the end result and quality of work and highly recommend him!”

“We have used Carlos previously at our old house and he did a great job as we redid both bathrooms and installed new cabinets . His best quality is that he shows up EVERY day and is super detailed and responsive. His work is top notch and is very considerate by always cleaning up and taking his shoes off. He just refinished our basement in our new house and it looks amazing. Carlos is great at what he does but he is a better person. I cannot recommend him enough. “When we decided to have our kitchen and the floor in the adjacent dining room remodeled we wanted to support local businesses and find someone in town to do it. We're so glad we found STG Services. We filled out and submitted the Project Submission form on the STG website. Wayne sent us an email the same day and we set up an appointment for 8AM the following Monday morning. We were very impressed when the doorbell rang at 7:58AM on Monday morning. Wayne was quick, professional, and really seemed to know the business. We received 3 detailed estimates within a week and selected the option which included repairing the kitchen cabinets as needed, painting all doors and cabinets, installing new hardware, a new backsplash, new hardwood kitchen floor with heavy duty water based polyurethane and refinishing the dining room floor. We added staining the floor golden oak and painting a standing cabinet in the kitchen to the project and were satisfied with the added cost. Wayne and Justin were professional, capable and we appreciated the fact that they used plastic sheets to keep the dust to a minimum. They had a great attention to detail and were very thoughtful. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with how this project went and with STG Services in general. We highly recommend them for any work that may be needed. They are professional, competent and we will contact them again for future work that we need done”
